deadline for submissions to the Kahawai IPP was extended to 16
April 2004.

Kahawai
are being introduced into the Quota Management System (QMS) on 1
October 2004. The Ministry of Fisheries has issued their management
proposal in a document, the Initial Position Paper (IPP). The original
submission deadline was 27 February 2004.
Please take the time to
read the information provided and support option4 in our stance
to protect this fishery.
