This submission has been compiled under the authority of the Wellington Recreational Marine Fishers Association (WRMFA) and with the support of the New Zealand Angling and Casting Association (NZACA), a national body that represents the surfcasting and angling clubs of New Zealand. This submission was presented to the Land Access Reference Group on 25th April 2003.
